When we lived in Calgary there was a spot I loved to go for their French Onion Soup.  I would enjoy a steaming bowl for lunch and leave feeling like a very satisfied customer.  The broth – the bread – the cheese!  Mmmmmmm…. This weekend we were able to spend a couple of days away…
