I love hummus

Warm or cold, hummus is delicious and very good for you.  Hummus is high in iron and vitamin C plus it is a good fibre.  Last Saturday Wendy picked up some chick peas and this week made up a delicious batch of hummus for us.  I would say this is the best hummus she has ever made!

Lunch, supper, snack – it is good anytime.
