This week begins the Leadership Development Initiative for Western Canada. It takes place in Pine Lake Camp and involves officers/leaders from the three western divisions. I’m not in attendance though I’ll be there Friday morning for the wrap up. Carol and Charles – who have led the teaching at the Territories ELDP (Executive Leadership Development Program) and who have become regular contacts in my life, are leading this.
I’m connecting for the first time in person with my coach. We are going to spend today and tomorrow together and I’m looking forward to this opportunity to grow.
