How conscious are you of how you “show up”? Do you ever ask the question, how do people see me as I enter the room? Are you overbearing, serious, attractive…do you draw people towards you or scare people off? Does your manner engage people in the room or shut them down? Can you create conversation or is it more of a monologue?
